Local time is expressed in the hours of Tomsk Summer Russia Daylight Time (TLVA). TLDW = UTC + 7 hours. Example: So if you live on the east coast in the United States you are on Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) -5 UTC. To find the difference between +7UTC and -5UTC and the result is 12. That means this real-time graph is 12 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. (click image to enlarge)
Note: White = More intense electromagnetic (EM) energy burst or ionospheric plasma excitations/lighting sprites. These blow out the system (much like a sun flare in photography). Green = Normal. Blue = Low intensity. The vertical bar is the Schumann Resonance values: 4, 7.83 (main one), 14, 20, 26, 33, 39, 45, 59. All measured in Hz or cycles per second.
